Live Betting / In Play betting at 21LuckyBet
Placing bets on in-play odds is an incredibly popular way of betting. There are those who prefer the excitement of betting on live odds over traditional pre-match betting. Many bettors like to combine both forms of placing wagers.
Whatever your preference, at 21LuckyBet you can take part in both. There are some positive and negative aspects of betting in-play, which we look at in the table below.
In Play Betting Pros and Cons
How to bet In Play at 21LuckyBet
There are a good number of sports and events 21LuckyBet customers can bet on. Available are live odds on football, basketball, cricket, tennis, table tennis, baseball, ice hockey and more.
For our research into the 21LuckyBet live betting facility, we examined the Nations League game between England and Greece. Pre-match, this fixture had 386 separate betting odds attached.
We examined the Match Result market. Before the game, England were priced at 1.28 to win the game, Greece were 11.0 and the draw was 5.50. This gives a pre-match margin of 5.40%.
In-play, there were 132 separate betting odds, available to bet on. Some live odds were also different – England were 1.30 to win, Greece were priced at 11.0 and the draw was 5.40. This gives an in-play margin of 4.53%.
Live streaming at 21LuckyBet
Currently, there is no live streaming for sports available at 21LuckyBet. Instead, there are a range of animations and match statistics you can follow as the event progresses.
In Play betting at 21LuckyBet Conclusion
There is a decent amount of choice when it comes to live betting at 21LuckyBet. There are odds on major and minor competitions and tournaments, encompassing a good variety of sports. The lack of live streaming options is a disappointment, and the in-play live animations hardly make up for this. However, if you’re looking to bet on live odds from across the globe, we do recommend checking out what this operator can offer you.
21LuckyBet Mobile App review
At the time of writing, there is not a 21LuckyBet app available on either iOS or Android operating systems. While this might come as a disappointment, we’ve analysed the site using our mobile browser. While the desktop does offer a more user-friendly experience, the mobile site does work well. Customers can access all aspects of their account, make deposits and withdrawals as well as place bets, through their mobile browser.

21LuckyBet Existing User Bonus Table
Best Odds Guaranteed
This offer is a particularly popular offer amongst horse racing bettors. Best Odds Guaranteed means that if you take the early price or the starting price, you’ll be paid out at the higher odds on winning bets. For example, if you take the early price at 3/1, but at the start of the race the odds had lengthened to 4/1, you’ll get paid out at 4/1 if your horse is a winner. Currently, 21LuckyBet do not offer this promotion.
First Past the Post
You’re likely to find a First Past the Post offer at a number of bookmakers. This offers pays out on the horse that crosses the line first, even if a stewards enquiry later rules there to be a different winner. Currently, 21LuckyBet do not offer this promotion.
Acca Insurance
Typically offered on football, Acca Insurance is available at many different bookmakers. While the terms can differ, depending on who you’re betting with, the gist is the same. Place an accumulator bet and if one leg lets you down, you’ll receive your stake back as a free bet or cash. Currently, 21LuckyBet do not offer this promotion.
Double Delight / Hat Trick Heaven
Another offer that’s usually offered on football, though rugby and basketball tend to have similar offers. Place a First Goalscorer bet and if your player is successful, and goes on to score two (Double Delight) or three (Hat Trick Heaven) goals, you could get paid out at double or treble the odds. Currently 21LuckyBet do not offer this promotion.
Extra Place Races
An offer available on selected races each day, an Extra Place Race offer can extend the number of Each Way places a bookmaker will pay out on. Generally, this offer is available on horse racing, though there are some operators who offer it on greyhound racing too. Currently, 21LuckyBet do not offer this promotion.
Refunds “If”
There are a variety of ‘refund’ type offers available at a range of betting sites. A couple of good examples of these are money back specials or cashback. 21LuckyBet do offer a range of cashback bonuses on different sports and events. For instance, currently this operator offers their Champions League Cashback. This promo can see you receive 10% of your losses up to £500 when you bet on the Champions League. Other cashback offers are available on the Premier League, Formula 1 and Cricket. Note that generally these offers require a promo code upon deposit.
Bet & Get
On Mondays you can deposit £40 with code FBM and wager it on any sports bet with odds greater than evens (Decimal 2) and when it settles you will have a £20 Free bet to use. This must also be placed at odds greater than 2 and must settle within 7 days of the Free bet being credited. The maximum amount that can be won is £200.
21LuckyBet Research Results
Conclusion & Rating
There is much to be happy about with 21LuckyBet. There are a good range of sports and markets to choose from, with a fantastic variety of markets available on the biggest events. Customer service is pretty good too, with 24 hour live chat available.
A fee charged for withdrawals is always a problem in our eyes. While this operator says they see no money from these fees, it’s always a huge disappointment to see this in action, especially from a betting site owned by big name ProgressPlay.
On the games we tested, we found that betting margins were around average, compared to those available elsewhere.
While there’s a good in-play facility available at this operator, we’ve found much more user-friendly and informative live betting options elsewhere. However, there are live odds available on sports and events taking place all over the world throughout the day.
The lack of a mobile app might be a disappointment to some, though the site through a mobile browser works pretty well we must say.
Lack of live streaming options is another disappointment. We actually thought we’d struck gold as there is a live streaming icon in the live betting facility but alas, it’s just there to tease us.
The welcome bonus is a decent one. It might require a £20 deposit, which is double than what most other operators ask for in terms of a qualifying amount, but you do get over double this amount as a free bet. It’s pretty easy to claim, too. There are cashback offers available for existing customers, but we have found a more varied choice at other betting sites.
It’s hard to rate 21LuckyBet accurately. There are some aspects we’re really impressed with, such as the number of betting markets available on major events. Promotions are in the plus column too. On balance, though, with a lack of streaming, mobile app and variety of promotions, along with withdrawal fees, we think a fair rating for this operator is 3.8/5.
