Pub Casino Mobile App review

Currently, the Pub Casino app is only available on iOS devices. This might come as a disappointment to Android users, but the mobile version of the desktop site does work really well. Pub Casino told us that using Chrome as your mobile browser will provide the best user experience and we’re inclined to agree with them.

If you’re an iOS user, you’re in luck. We highly recommend downloading the app using an iPad or iPhone, we tried downloading it on our Apple M2 device – while it does play reasonably well the iPhone app offered better graphics and more seamless gameplay.

Using the app provides a similar experience to the desktop site – visually attractive, easy to use and navigation is a breeze.

Pros & Cons of the App vs the Desktop site

When we’ve researched other operators, there’s often been a big difference between the desktop version and the app. With Pub Casino, however, there’s very little difference at all. Both platforms offer seamless gameplay and excellent graphics on both slots and table games.

We also took a look at the Live Casino options available. Graphically, these were also attractive, with the app maybe just edging ahead of the desktop site in terms of graphics and gameplay.

For the standard casino, though, there really isn’t that much of a difference. It’s a shame that there’s no Android app yet, but using Google Chrome as a mobile browser to visit the site works incredibly well.

Conclusion & Rating

We are really impressed by what we’ve found at Pub Casino. To be honest, we were expecting good things as we’ve generally been happy with what we’ve found at other L&L Europe gaming sites. Pub Casino, though, is without doubt the best of the lot.

The whole feel of the site is great, visually it looks good and everything is set out clearly. This goes for both the desktop site and the app. Finding a specific game is as easy as anything, with the Search bar prominent when you head over to the Games section.

There’s very little lag with either the app or the desktop site. Games load quickly and graphics are nice and clear.

While this review is focused on the standard casino, we did take a look at the Live Casino too. There are many more options in the Live Casino for table games. Graphics work really well here and it’s easy to place bets while the action is ongoing.

Customer service is also excellent. We tested out the Live Chat facility at different times of the day and night and we were connected to someone almost instantly. On three separate occasions we were connected immediately and our queries were answered in an (incredibly) friendly manner.

There’s a good range of payment methods, too. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts of a reasonably low £10 is pleasing.

The welcome offer is also one of the better ones we’ve come across. While it does come with a 40x wagering requirement, a little higher than some other new customers bonuses we’ve reviewed, a 100% deposit match up to £100 offers a pretty decent start as a Pub Casino customer.

No casino is perfect, though, and there’s a couple of grumbles we do have. Firstly, the lack of existing customer promotions is frustrating. While they can become available at various times, it would be nice to see some permanent promotions featured on the site.

The lack of an Android app is also a disappointment, though the mobile site itself is incredibly user friendly and makes up for this a little.

A greater variety of table games in the standard casino would also be nice to see.

Overall, though, we’re very happy with what Pub Casino offer. Great gameplay, good graphics and user-friendly desktop and mobile platforms.
