In each tournament, we were able to bet a modest £0.05 and access more than 250 markets such as 1X2, Total Goals and Double Chance. We were even able to take advantage of live betting features such as the animated screen, real-time statistics and live streaming with good image quality. We also found a wide variety of special markets for players, quick bets and BetBuilder markets at .
Horse racing at FanTeam
If horse racing is your thing and you want to register with FanTeam to bet on it, you’d better look elsewhere, as you won’t find it here. We found it strange that they didn’t offer it, so much so that we had to confirm it with customer service.
Golf betting at FanTeam
We made sure that FanTeam covers the PGA Tour, including ‘Majors’ tournaments such as The Open and the US Open. Here we were able to bet on the Ryder Cup, as well as the US Masters and the Presidents Cup with live markets for each hole of 2 and 3 balls (1X2), which were very useful for diversifying our plays.
Basketball betting at FanTeam
One of the first things we checked on FanTeam was basketball betting, as we were curious to know if it covers the NBA, WNBA and minor tournaments such as the men’s and women’s NCAA, and indeed it does.
FanTeam’s basketball offering also covers the Euroleague and Champions League, as well as leagues and tournaments from over 30 countries, where we were able to place single bets, multiple bets and long-term bets with over 100 markets, including Match Winner, Spread and Total, most of which include overtime. FanTeam’s offer only includes a £40 welcome bonus, nothing else. Unlike other bookmakers, it does not have a dedicated section for FanTeam promotions and offers, just a banner on the home page. At least it has enhanced odds and Fantasy tournaments. We’ll tell you more about that below.

Other offers and promotions for users
In addition to the FanTeam free bet welcome bonus, which also includes tickets for Fantasy tournaments, we did not find any offers for regular players, except for a few enhanced odds. However, FanTeam occasionally posts fleeting promotions on its social media channels, so we recommend keeping an eye out for them.
This shortcoming is somewhat offset by the Fantasy tournaments, which are events in which we were able to participate for guaranteed prizes of up to £175,000 to be distributed. How? Loyalty programme
Forget about loyalty bonuses and a points- and level-based rewards system: FanTeam does not have a loyalty programme, let alone a VIP Club. We expected to find one, but this site only offers a welcome bonus and occasional flash offers through its social media channels, as mentioned above.

Completing the registration process was quite simple, but it took us about two minutes. Make sure you have at least that much time to follow these steps:

- Confirm that you are of legal age (+18) and accept FanTeam’s terms and conditions.

You must then verify your identity in order to make payments. But don’t worry. The process is also quick and easy. We did it ourselves through the verification section in the user profile and it took less than 10 minutes, but you can do it with the help of customer service if you want.

As you can see in the table below, the withdrawal methods are the same as those used for deposits. The only difference is that they are not immediate. Instead, you have to wait between 1 and 3 days for them to be processed, although in our case they took a maximum of 4 hours on weekdays.
Limits
When betting, there is a minimum bet limit of £0.05, but no maximum limit. However, it is to be expected that the system will restrict bets of exorbitant sizes. There is also a deposit limit of £1,000 per day, £2,000 per week and £4,000 per month, as well as a withdrawal limit of £50,000 per week and a maximum of 3 withdrawals per day.
FanTeam mobile app
We liked the FanTeam app for several reasons: it has all the betting features, including Cashout, BetBuilder and streaming, it allows for fast and secure payments and , it has a nice design and it is fast and lightweight. As an alternative, there is the mobile version, but this is less stable and does not have customised notifications, unlike the FanTeam app for Android and iOS.
Customer service and available languages
Customer service is not available 24/7 as FanTeam claims. How do we know? We put it to the test. Live chat is not available in the early hours of the morning, only during the day and late evening. The same applies to email. However, we must point out that when it is available, it is very efficient. They respond very quickly, but only in English.
Usability, design and user experience
We were pleasantly surprised by FanTeam’s usability and navigability, as well as its interface, which we liked because it is very attractive, modern and intuitive. It is a pleasure to play and do anything on this betting site, as everything works well and loading times are very short. We found that the website offers a complete experience, but we can say that the best way to play quickly from anywhere is through the app and its mobile version.
