There’s a button on the interface that’s supposed to redirect you to Google Play to download PlayUK onto your Android mobile, but it actually takes you to the PlayUK homepage. So we decided to search directly on Google Play but couldn’t find anything. We didn’t find one on the App Store either. But don’t worry, you can still place bets and access all the features available on the desktop version.

There are only two ways to contact PlayUK’s customer support team: live chat and email.

According to the information on their website, the live chat is available 24 hours a day and responds immediately. However, our experience has been far from that. On the two occasions we made an enquiry, we did not receive a response via this channel.

On the other hand, it’s worth highlighting their FAQs section, although some of the answers are a little out of date.
