To activate the Acca Flex protections on your accumulator, your betslip must meet these exact criteria:
- Leg Count: Your accumulator must contain 5 or more individual football legs.
- Minimum Odds: Every single leg within the accumulator must have individual odds of 1/2 (1.50) or higher.
- Daily Limit: You can claim a maximum of one winnings bonus and one insurance refund per day. This applies strictly to your first qualifying bet placed on that day.
- Exclusions: Wagers placed using free bet tokens, coupon bets, enhanced specials/boosted prices, cashed-out bets, and permutation multiples (such as Lucky 31s) are completely excluded.
⚠️ Postponement Warning: If a match in your accumulator is postponed, abandoned, or voided, causing your total active leg count to drop below 5, the entire bet becomes ineligible for both the bonus and the insurance.

- Refund Type: Your stake is returned entirely as withdrawable cash (no wagering requirements).
- Limits: The minimum stake refund is £0.50, and the maximum refund is capped at £10 per day.
- Crediting Time: Both winning cash bonuses and insurance stake refunds are calculated and credited to your balance within 24 hours of the final match in your accumulator settling.
