Leigh remain dangerous because their recent attacking ceiling has been considerably higher. If they secure cleaner possession and play with greater tempo, the eliminator could be much closer than last week’s meeting. Nevertheless, Mulhern’s likely absence could weaken their middle against a Wakefield pack that already performed strongly in Leigh.
